THE PRACTICE. THE PERSPECTIVE.
About the collective.
Linga Creatives is a performing arts organisation with roots in South Africa and an active base in Malawi. Led by theatre practitioner Shafiq Kalumo, its work brings theatre, creative education and community storytelling together. The organisation develops young artists and creates spaces for poetry, music and drama. It participated in Hurungwe Arts Festival’s regional cultural exchange in 2026.
