ARTIST INFORMATION
Your work is public.
Your details are private.
What we collect
Your application includes artist and contact details, your proposal, cast names, citizenship and identification numbers, travel and sponsorship information, presentation titles, act durations, and optional performance links or uploaded media. Uploaded files are private to you and authorised organisers and do not become public when your artist profile is published. If shortlisted, we record your acceptance, legal name, digital signature, agreement version, signing timestamps and an audit of organiser decisions.
How it is used
HAF uses these details to assess applications, communicate decisions, arrange participation and record the agreement. Your private submission and signed agreement are accessible to your signed-in artist account and authorised HAF organisers.
Public artist profiles
Only artist name, discipline, style, country, artist biography, optional image and website may be published, with your explicit profile consent and an organiser’s publication decision after the agreement is complete. Profiles can also identify their festival edition, dates and current or past edition category. A verified performer profile has a completed agreement and has been published by the organisers. Your home address, phone, email, cast identification and signatures remain private.
Application messages
Decision messages appear in your private portal. When the festival’s email service is connected, these messages are also sent to your signed-in email address through the configured email provider. Queued and sent messages are labelled separately.
Corrections and withdrawal
Contact the HAF organiser handling your application to request a correction, withdraw an application, remove a public profile or ask about retention. The organiser must confirm a current contact address and retention policy before the public call launches.
Account access
Sign in with ChatGPT to submit, track and sign. Your account identity connects your submission across devices. Application drafts containing private contact or cast details are not stored in your browser after you leave the form.
