About the collective.
Mbira Spirit is the musical partnership of Tafadzwa and Amy Matamba, connecting Zimbabwean roots with a Canadian musical home. Their performances blend mbira traditions, harmonies and a wide range of song styles. The duo also works through cultural exchange and arts education.
