THE PRACTICE. THE PERSPECTIVE.
About the collective.
Musanza Arts Simple Theatre is a Zambian theatre ensemble whose work brings storytelling and performance together. Its productions include Poisoned Wells, which addresses child marriage, gender-based violence and other community concerns. The ensemble represented Zambia at Hurungwe Arts Festival in 2026, joining a programme that connected artists and cultural organisations across Zimbabwe, Malawi and Zambia.
The ensemble was also announced for HAF 2025.
