you take part.
These are the application terms for sponsor participation. If approved, you will receive a separate individual sponsor agreement written by the organisers, with the actual arrangements and responsibilities, to read, accept and sign in your private category portal.
1. A proposal for partnership
Use the dedicated HAF partnership call to propose financial sponsorship, products or services, or marketing and promotional support. Submitting a proposal creates no payment obligation and does not confirm a partnership, publicity entitlement or donation receipt.
2. Information and authority
Provide accurate organisation, authorised contact and contribution details. You must have permission to share any personal information and supporting media, and authority to discuss the proposal for the organisation named.
3. Private proposal tracking
Sign in with the same account used to submit to view your proposal, decisions and messages. Tracking links identify a record but never grant another person access to it.
4. Review and approval
Only the HAF super admin or accountant can approve or reject a partner proposal. Approval opens the private sponsor portal and the individually prepared agreement; it does not confirm that money, goods or services have been received.
5. An individually agreed contribution
Contribution amounts, currency, in-kind scope, timing, recognition and requested benefits must be agreed individually. Historical partnership packages are reference material, not current fixed prices or guaranteed benefits. A partner proposal does not require an exhibitor reservation fee.
6. A separate partnership agreement
Read the individual agreement, confirm that you understand and accept its exact terms, and sign only if authorised. HAF must countersign before the agreement is complete. Financial commitments, deliverables, branding permissions and other responsibilities are governed by that agreement.
7. Supporting information and media
Supporting documents, files and links are used privately for proposal review, communications and contracting under the privacy notice. Share only material you are permitted to provide. Any public recognition or media use must be agreed separately.
